  • 2 teaspoons Ancho chile powder (chipotle powder if more spice is desired)
  • 1 whole lime (juice only)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

Peel and slice the jicama into "french fry" size pieces.
Place the jicama fries in a large bowl and squeeze the juice from the lemon onto the jicama.

Add the ancho powder, salt, or other desired seasonings and stir to coat the jicama.
