research has shown that statement to be true. During a nutrition consultation, we will not only take a look at the foods you eat, we
will also define and clarify your goals and create a plan for success. The initial meeting is always free and can occur in-person or over the
phone. Once your projected path has been defined, it is up to you to decide how you would like to continue on a path toward a healthier lifestyle.

Private instruction and group classes are available in your home
or at the Serving Healthy kitchen. Cooking parties are a great way to learn, so ask your friends if they would like to join in on the fun.
Do you already belong to a gym? Maybe you don't want a gym membership. Regardless of your situation, we can provide the
guidance and training you are looking for. Following your free initial consultation, it will be up to

Corporate Events can range from a one hour presentation ending with a question and answer session to an all-day health and motivation
event with workshops and cooking demonstrations.
In-person cooking classes and nutrition or fitness consultations are limited to a defined geographic area surrounding Denver Colorado,
including the Colorado Front Range area from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs.
Virtual services are available for anyone with a suitable Internet connection.
