Spring is here, and we have a wonderful menu for an introductory healthy cooking class. This is a short notice class, but it is expected to fill up quickly. Feel free to call if you have any questions (303-403-9460), or sign up and we will see you on Saturday, April 21 at 11:30 AM.

A healthy 5-course meal based on Mediterranean cuisine that includes 14 recipes you can adapt for a variety of weeknight dinners or special events.
Menu items:
- Flavors of Spring Hummus
A refreshing take on hummus made with spring herbs and greens.
Served with fresh vegetables and rosemary kale chia crackers
- Asparagus and Mushroom Empanada
Baked empanadas with a tender and savory sweet potato dough.
Served with oil free Romesco sauce and chimichurri
- Golden Beet Ravioli
Homemade whole wheat pasta filled with golden beets and almond ricotta
Served with a thyme cashew cream sauce
- Arugula, Grapefruit and Avocado Salad
Served with an oil free chia and poppy seed dressing
- Strawberry Dessert Crepes
Balsamic roasted strawberries in an egg free crepe
Served with a special chocolate companion and a homemade dairy free ice cream
Please note, this class may contain some interactive elements where willing participants have the option to help prepare some of the dishes. Expect to enjoy yourself, have a few laughs, and meet a few new friends!
