Celebrate and enjoy the variety of local foods at the new Colorado Local Foods Market where they promote local and healthy foods. Everyone should stop by and do some grocery shopping while supporting your local community. Serving Healthy will be doing a plant based cooking demonstration and discussing the benefits of plant based, whole food nutrition. The demonstration begins at 10:30 AM.
